- 3-4 Medium Sweet Potatoes cut in half
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat Oven to 400F
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Scrub and clean sweet potato. Pat dry. Cut in half.
Drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.
Place cut side down. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until fork tender.
- For CRISPIER, CARAMELIZED edges, bake for 40 mins.
